If you are submitting an offer on a preforeclosure property please note:

  1. Waiting times for lien holder approval may vary between 45 and 90 days.
  2. As long as the property is listed as "Active" on MRIS, offers will be received for review and submission.
  3. After property has been listed as "Cntg/Ko", offers will be received as backups.
